Regulations for bicycle tours organized by Bike&CO
§1 General provisions
These regulations define the rules of participation in bicycle trips organized by Be Alive Zuzanna Załoga with its registered office at ul. Blaszana 1/113, 03-703 Warsaw, NIP: 823-153-69-92 and booked on the website bike-co.pl, hereinafter referred to as the "Organizer".
Participation in the trip constitutes acceptance of these regulations.
The offer applies to guided cycling tours on Scott electric bikes.
§2 Conditions of participation
Adults are welcome to participate in the tours. Minors may only participate if accompanied by an adult.
Each participant must have basic cycling skills and be able to cover a distance of 15-30 km.
Prior registration is required via the form on the website: https://bike-co.pl and paying for the trip according to the current price list.
Space in the group is limited to a maximum of 6 people. Registration and payment will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.
§3 Reservation and payment
The price of participation in the tour depends on the date and type of the selected tour, which are described on the website bike-co.pl
The price includes:
Scott electric bike rental for the duration of the trip,
bicycle helmet,
the care of a licensed city guide,
coffee at the end of the trip.
Payment must be made in full no later than 3 days before the tour date via Przelewy24 online payment.
Withdrawal from participation:
up to 5 days before the trip – refund of 100% deposit,
2–4 days before – 50% refund,
less than 48 hours – no refund.
§4 Course of the trip
Tour start and finish point: Scott Bicycle Factory, Okrzei Street 7, Warsaw.
Duration depending on the selected tour: 3 to 4 hours

The organizer reserves the right to change the route due to reasons beyond its control (e.g. street closures, weather conditions, participant safety).
Participants are obliged to follow the guide's instructions, traffic regulations and safe driving rules.
§5 Obligations of participants
The participant undertakes to:
follow the recommendations of the guide and the Organizer,
riding with a helmet (provided by the Organizer),
not riding a bicycle under the influence of alcohol or other intoxicating substances,
taking care of the entrusted equipment (bicycle, helmet) and returning it in a non-deteriorated condition.
In the event of damage or loss of rented equipment, the participant is financially liable in accordance with the market value of the item.
§6 Liability
Participation in the trip is at the participants' own risk.
The organizer is not responsible for any accidents, injuries or damage caused by the participant or third parties.
The organizer has business liability insurance, but recommends that participants have individual personal accident insurance for the duration of the trip.
§7 Cancellation or change of trip date
The organizer reserves the right to cancel the trip due to:
too few participants (minimum 2 people),
bad weather conditions (heavy rain, storm),
other random causes beyond the control of the Organizer.
In the event of a trip cancellation, the participant may:
choose a different date,
receive a full refund of the amount paid.
§9 Complaints
The participant has the right to submit a complaint regarding the course of the trip, the technical condition of the equipment provided or non-performance/services inconsistent with the offer.
Complaints should be submitted to the Organizer in writing (e-mail to the following address: ) within 3 calendar days from the end of the trip.
The complaint should include:
a) name and surname of the participant,
b) date and name of the trip,
c) description of the event that is the basis for the complaint,
d) participant's request (e.g. refund of part of the fee, discount on the next trip).
The Organizer will review the complaint within 14 calendar days of its receipt. Participants will be notified of the decision via email.
If the complaint is accepted, the Organizer may offer a partial refund, a discount on another service or other forms of compensation, depending on the nature and validity of the complaint.
Rejection of a complaint by the Organizer does not exclude the participant's right to pursue claims in court or through mediation in accordance with applicable law.
§10 Personal data
The administrator of participants' personal data is Be Alive Zuzanna Załoga
Personal data is processed solely for the purpose of carrying out the trip and contacting participants in accordance with the Privacy Policy available on the website bike-co.pl.
§11 Final provisions
In matters not regulated by these regulations, the provisions of the Civil Code shall apply.
